We want anyone to be able to read this site and reach us, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. This page says what is in place, what is not finished, and how to get help if the site gets in your way.

What is in place

A "Skip to content" link as the first item on every page, so keyboard users can jump past the navigation.

A single main landmark per page, with headings in order, so screen readers can move by structure.

Text alternatives on images that carry meaning, and empty alternatives on images that are purely decorative.

A language declared on every page, and a Spanish version of the whole site.

Layouts that reflow on a phone and survive zooming to 200% without losing content.

A phone number you can tap to dial rather than only read.

What is not finished

We have not completed a full WCAG 2.2 AA audit, and we will not claim conformance we have not tested. Colour contrast and keyboard focus order have been checked by eye rather than measured on every page. Parts of this site come from third parties, including the chat widget and the appointment booking page, and we do not control their markup. If one of those blocks you, tell us and we will complete the same task with you directly.

If something does not work for you

Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the information another way. There is nothing on this site you cannot also get from a person: we can read a page to you, send it in large print or plain text, or simply do the whole thing together by phone.

Reporting a problem

If you contact us about an accessibility barrier we will acknowledge it, tell you how we plan to fix it, and give you the information you were after in a format that works for you. If you are not satisfied with our response, say so and we will look at it again.
