A.L.E. Protect Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency. This page says plainly what this website collects, why, who it goes to, and how to get it removed. If anything here is unclear, call us and ask.
What we collect
When you fill in the consultation form we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, and optionally your email address, your state, which type of coverage you are asking about, your preferred language, and anything you type in the message box. That is all the form asks for, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or medical records through this site.
If you use the chat widget, your messages and the name and contact details you give it are collected in the same way.
We also collect basic usage measurements through Google Analytics, but only if you accept cookies. If you decline, analytics storage stays off.
Why we collect it
So a licensed agent can call or email you back about the coverage you asked about. That is the only reason the form exists.
Where it goes
Your details are stored in our customer record system, which is hosted by HighLevel (LeadConnector). Our agents use it to contact you and to keep track of the conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the insurance carriers needed to quote or apply for the coverage you asked us about, and the service providers that run this website and our customer records.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It stays switched off until you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your answer at any time using the Cookies button in the corner of the page. We ask again after 180 days rather than assuming an old answer forever.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will. Call or email us using the details at the bottom of this page and we will take care of it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date below.
